We deeply value your trust in Rare Threads. In case you’re not satisfied with the fit or quality of your garment, here’s everything you need to know about our return process:
Eligibility & Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Only unused, unwashed, and tag-intactgarments will be accepted.
- Sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit the return request by call (+91-8860616134) or Mail [email protected]
- Once submitted, our team will schedule a reverse pickup. This may take 10–15 working days, as it’s handled by a third-party courier.
Prefer to Self-Ship?
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship your return.
- Dispatch the product within 48 hoursof placing your return request.
- Share the courier receipt with us at [email protected]
- A reimbursement of up to ₹100 will be credited to your Rare Threads Wallet once we complete a quality check.

Important Notes
- Kindly pack the items securely to avoid any damage in transit.
- Mention your name, address, and phone numberon the parcel.
- Return is allowed only twiceper customer. Beyond that, only size exchanges will be entertained.
- Use reliable courier partnersfor self-shipping.
- Refunds (after QC approval) will be credited to your Rare Threads e-walletonly, valid for 3 months.
- No cash/bank refundswill be processed.
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Product Received?
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos at [email protected]. Our team will assist you at the earliest.
❗Note: Returns not complying with the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Exchange Policy – Rare Threads by Naina
We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with the fit or quality of your purchase and would like to exchange it for another size, please go through the terms below:
Exchange Process Options:
1. Self-Ship Option:
- You must self-ship the product within 48 hoursof raising the exchange request.
- Shipping charges for self-shipped items will be borne by the customerand are non-refundable.
- Once shipped, please share the courier receipt with us at [email protected] for tracking.
2. Pick-Up Option:
- We also offer a pick-up service, which is chargeableat a flat rate of ₹150.
- The payment must be made via Google Pay, Paytm, or Bank Transfer.

- Please note: No other payment modes will be accepted for the pick-up service.
Packaging Guidelines:
- Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- For self-shipping, please use a reliable courier service.
- Exchange items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items without tags will not be accepted.

- Sale itemsare not eligible for exchange, return, or alteration.
- Orders placed using discount coupons, store credits, or gift cardsare not applicable for sale items or items from third-party brands (if applicable).
- Once we receive your exchanged item, we will conduct a thorough quality check. If the item passes inspection, your new garment will be dispatched.
- As we are a made-to-order brand, the exchange process may take 15–20 working days.
Please Note:
Any product not meeting the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense. No reimbursement will be made in such cases.
