Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange orders will be processed once your return is picked up. Due to limited stock, your chosen product may be unavailable; our team will contact you to offer alternatives if needed.
  • Refunds are provided only as Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be issued once the return is backed at the rare threads unit.
  • FABRICS, SALE ITEMS, and LAST PIECES are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once. Orders made with Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or refunds.
  • For any damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot assist with issues reported after this period.
  • In case of damaged merchandise, please share images and details through the provided link. We will guide you through the next steps for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
  • Misprints and color variations from website images are not considered damaged products, as these are characteristic of our handcrafted items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  • Visit this link to request a return or exchange.
  • Provide the reason for the return and select the item(s) to be returned. Include images if there are any defects or damages.
  • A return pickup will be arranged for orders within India.
  • Ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unworn.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges for orders placed using a store credit will be declined.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up and will be sent via email.
  • The store credit is valid indefinitely.
  • The credit amount will be equal to the sale price of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.


  • Refunds may take 20-25 working days to process.
  • Please be advised: Money refunds are only issued for wrong or damaged products. Otherwise, refunds are provided as store credit.
  • Returns typically take around 12 to 14 working days to reach our company.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment once the return reaches our warehouse and undergoes thorough inspection by our in-house team, which may take 1-2 working days.
  • After inspection, it takes 2-3 business days to internally process the refund.
  • The bank or portal may take an additional 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
  • A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted for money refunds. No return fee applies in the case of damaged products.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account.
  • Refunds will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back under any circumstances.
  • The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.
  • Please note that we have partnered with a third-party courier service, and while we strive to assist you, there may be instances beyond our control. The contact information of the delivery executive is provided exclusively to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
